He has all the powers Bowser has, along with many dark powers. He is far more evil than the original Bowser; while Bowser simply desires to take over the Mushroom Kingdom, Dark Bowser wants to destroy it outright. Dark Bowser was created by the Dark star and it was only given on purpose; destroy everything in its way.

1. Do not make existing Hero or Villains. BORING! : MAKE IT UP YOURSELF!
It's your choice whether to create a hero or a villain as well as everything they are and fight for or against big or small. Come up with a backstory, name and give your hero or villain a chance to be famous! Like the actual skin, the concept needs to be original. Straight out of your cranium! How did your character come to be extraordinary? What's their purpose? Saving the world? Causing Mayhem? Come on, we can get more specific... creativity FTW. Go.
