derpy as engineer (read desc)

the rules say: "nDo not make skins of already existing horror movie / video game characters such as Freddy Kruger or Jason".as neither derpy nor engineer are horror characters this is legal, further more the rule state: "The theme of this contest will be anything spooky, scary or just plain weird that is associated with Halloween." dressing up is halloween related and i wanted an exuse to make derpy dressed as the engineer. i hope you dont ban me

P.P.S also i saw this bit: "Skins that are obvious remixes are not acceptable." this is what i based my design off of: images.wikia.com/teamfortress/images/6/61/TF2Engineer.jpg images.wikia.com/mlp/images/7/73/Derpy_id.png and a few existing skins but i did not remix/steal them only look at a few for some input
