OKAY SOOOO explaining time.for the longest amount of time I've been wondering why people like my skins;considering that I look at them myself & think "huh....these are.......BAD"so for anyone who actually likes them just PM me & i'll ask you which ones you like then see if i can send you the file(over skype preferably).i will be starting over but deleting certain skins(if not all of them),hope you guys respect my decision ;/

OKAY onto the skin itself .Ben interested in the doctor who flash animation "scream of the shalka" for awhile & i decided"im gonna start over & I've gotten a lil bit better at skin making;might as well make something new & interesting to start off"and thats hy i made the shalka doctor.overall i consider freya,the two claras,jane from tarzan & this as my best skins i've made(and possibly the cubic 5th doctor but shhh its a secret)
