Dr. Mythia (Earth-280B)

Dr. Mythia is an enigmatic and mysterious character that appears in nearly every title of the Aqua Bracelets & Travisa Inc Series, Referred to as a "sinister inter-dimensional bureaucrat", She is known to display peculiar behavior and wield reality-bending powers. her identity and motives remain unexplained. her allegiance is also unknown to this day, although She and her Employers are apparent enemies to Monarch & Chrysalis and are seen as a threat by them. Playing the role of an overseer and eventual employer, She often appears in odd and unreachable places, observing Marinette/Adrien/TheNewTK421/ Felix Sculks and other characters, periodically aiding or hindering them. Mythia Speaks in a slow, commanding manner, with a certain accentuated low-key moroseness to her/it's tone, bordering on the cryptic. Most notably, She/it has an odd habit of placing unusual stress on syllables, stressing the wrong parts of words, making unnecessary pauses, and awkwardly changing the pitch of her/it's voice. She/it also tends to elongate consonants, especially the "S." Overall She/it appears to be uncomfortable with and unused to human languages.
Mythia possesses a calm, almost uninterested demeanor, regardless of whatever chaos may be surrounding her/it & also has demonstrated a dry sense of humor.
Mythia seems to occasionally take an interest in certain individuals, using her/it's powers and skills at manipulation to guide them down certain paths. She/it has made pawns of Felix Sculks, Marinette-Dupain-Cheng, and Adrien Agreste, as well as perhaps countless others, It is also implied that She/it orchestrated the entire events of Miraculous Ladybug, meaning that Gabriel Agreste & Emilie was also under her/it's influence. Individuals chosen by Dr. Mythia can be "hired" by her/it after proving themselves capable of completing tasks for her/it's goals, and are then placed in stasis until they can be useful to her/it, Marinette was hired after defeating Chrysalis .
Dr. Mythia mentioned to Marinette that She/it has great respect for people who can survive against incredible odds, citing that such people remind her/it of herself/itself, implying that Mythia has previously been in similarly dangerous situations on her/it's own. Her/it's message to Emilie mentioning "unforeseen consequences" and the subsequent revelation about the the the threat of acquiring the technology onboard the RMS Domic could imply that Mythia might secretly be sympathetic to humanity and its fight for survival. Alternatively, these actions may be more self-serving in some unknown way than sympathetic.
Mythia also appears quite skilled with technology and is capable of operating a very wide range of machinery, ranging from simple cell phones and sealed steel doors to complex servers and experimental teleports and portals (in Travisa Inc)

Mythia also seems to have technopathic or telepathic abilities of some sort, as the protagonist will occasionally see her/it's face on things such as unplugged televisions.

Mythia likely uses the ability to manipulate the senses of individuals, to see and hear what She/it wants them to. This ability could explain the appearance of Mythia
when asked by Marinette about who She is, Mythia answers with enigmatic "Perhaps what I am is not as important..." This sentence implies that Mythia does not see herself/it as (or like is) a person but rather as an entity or being that takes the form of a android female out of necessity.
Mythia is even more powerful than the archaic endermen & has even more powerful abilities such as time travel & etc & even is not a Archaic Enderman herself, meaning Mythia may be something else entirely
at the end of Miraculous Ladybug, Mythia reveals that She/it has successfully argued for Marinette's life, detaining her in some unknown void. She/it expresses a degree of respect for Marinette's abilities, even praising her for having abilities to come up with impossible situations which the Mythia states "rather reminds me of myself."
Mythia also watched over Katniss Everdeen but didnt hire her because she/it considered Marinette a better hire but hired Katniss anyway & put her into stasis in a unknown void for future use.
