A dullahan, or otherwise known as a "headless-horesman", were creatures who weren't seen commonly but seen enough times that there were many of them. One of the skins I was considering of putting on mythological creatures contest. Between the head and the neck it is bloody, since the dullahan carry their heads on their hand.
