Dwemer

The Dwemer have a massive History in the Elder Scrolls games they existed in the provinces of, Hammerfell, Morrowind, and Skyrim. they were well advance din Technology prior to their dissaperance at the battle of Red Mountain, they left their great Dwemer constructs to roam the halls of their once great city's and the machines do so as if their masters still walked the Halls. Dwemer ghosts have been known to roam the Dwemer ruins in Morrowin.
the Skin is based on the Dwarven Specter from The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind.
