To download this skin there is a button right below the skin viewing page on the right. If you want to change this to your current Minecraft skin, go to this URL: Minecraft - My Games. You then need to sign in, under the account page. After that, look to the side bar on the left of your screen below your account picture, and make sure that all games is selected. Then look at the menu for Minecraft: Java Edition. You should see a link labelled "Change Skin." Click "Change Skin" and a menu will come up, letting you customize your skin by uploading a skin file, adding a cape, or making it slim. Upload the skin file that you want and then it is done!
