Thing is anyone has Rights to make a Enderman skin a creeper skin or any of the mobs

only becuse EVERYONE makes mob skins

I know, I was just the first person to upload an enderman skin to Planet Minecraft, so I put that in the description, do you see anywhere that I said no one else is allowed to make one?

No it is just that he used my skin and just changed the color of the eyes, me and him got together in a skype call an he said sorry for it.
