Bio: Matt was living a live of a Hitman under a local gang. Unlike other hitmen who prefer to snipe their target from a distance, Matt prefered to get up close to hear and fullfill his targets deathwish. Under the mask of a murderer he was a very religious man often praying for forgiveness after a kill, his family in debt led him to becoming what he is now.
One day be was hired by an unknown figure to assassinate a russian crimelord Radion Drozdov who was now in Washington, D.C. Everything went well until the moment he was about to kill the mob, he was shot by a taser and sent to a cellar under the mobs residence. He found out he wasnt alone, when he woke up he had something akin to a barcode tattooed on his left breast when he walked up to the bars he found a whole facillity underground, he saw decades of "Candidates" (as Radion called them) in similar cells, being experimented on by some scientists
As days passed more and more of these candidates didnt survive these experiments, upon being experimented on himself, one of the scientist injected some formula inside Matt's body. These tests involved experimental "Coldflame" Rays and rapid injection of organic Iridium in Matts bones, and stabilised by Vita Rays. Matt screamed in pain and after the experiment was done, he broke the chains holding him and blue flames appeared around him, his mere presence demolished the facillity. He slowly made his way towards Radion and grabbed him on the arm, unfortunately Radion slipped away and made his escape, looking eachother in the eyes as Radion was moving towards the surface, he noticed a hand-shaped burn on his hand, wich Matt left him as a mark. Seeing he cant catch up with Radion, he helped other survivng Candidates to the surface.
As weeks passed Goverment agencies have tried many times to catch him, going as far as to collapse a bridge full of civilians in hopes of taking him into custodity, luckily for the civilians he froze the cracks and saved every person on the bridge, including unarmed soldiers that these agencies have sent against him, before the ice melted and the bridge collapsed.
He is now chasing after Radion in hopes of bringing the mob to justice, and every attempt the Goverment had to stop him proved to be a failure, their last hope was to mark Matt as a Villain in hopes that some of the Heroes can stop him in his tracks. . .

our scientist had speculated that the Iridium in his bones gave him a level of Superhuman Strength and Durability further supported by the fact that in one of the Goverments attempts to stop him he lifted up a School Bus from a collapsing bridge while being shot at by high caliber bullets.
These "Vita Rays" gave him some sort of extraordinary regenerative capabilities.
On more than one instance he was seen using Pyrokinesis and Cryokinesis (Thermokinesis for short)
