This is for Blinkie14 but anyone may have this skin! Blinkie designed this look really well, and this is how I made it! I tried (and hopefully) made this look exactly like what she said. :) I think it looks very cool and would definitely wear this skin if I hadn't had a youtube and always have to stick with my current skin.
