I'm SO sorry for making you guys wait for so long! I was getting lazy about this skin series, and school started again, so I didn't get around to making skins. And after forever, the next one is finally here! I tried my best to make it look good, and in my opinion, it turned out great. I'm also considering re-doing England, since she looks weird.
I'm very happy with how the skirt turned out, I was trying so many different shading methods, and this is what the result was.
But I'm a bit confused with the crown in her hair, I tried to make it look like one, but it doesn't XD
I also found out how to work with pictures and stuff, so here the reference picture I used while making the skin.
