The Fourth Doctor was the quintessential time traveler. A lighthearted, comical, and often friendly chap, he solved problems and made witty quips with his trademark voice, and made both Daleks and Doctor Who fans hide behind the couch (and more so fans, laugh their socks off). The Fourth Doctor came from the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous, and in three incarnations, he has saved the universe and Earth from all sorts of nasty creatures. He often recruits humans, fellow Time Lords, and tin dogs to help him in his quest for universal salvation. He liked both his 20 foot long scarves and his seemingly endless bag of Jelly Babies.
