This is the Deep Sea Pirate of the future. He has the ability to dive deeply into the ocean to look for and loot the greatest of treasuers. With underwater proplution boots (propplers on the bottem of his boots that recede into his boots anytime he gets out of the water), he is the fastest swimer in all of the high seas, next to of course the mythical and mistifying mirmaids. He may seem like a weak fighter, but even underwater he can hold his own, because of the hidden secreats he has in that tank besides air.
