A G22 trooper from the game "Alpha Protocol". Outfitted in bright red jumpsuit and shiney shoulder-pads and walking openly on the roofs of major cities, they somehow manage to out-ninja everyone (except you, if you happen not to get along with them). They canonically use four-eyed googles, but I decided to make it a two-eye ones over a pair of dark green-ish googles/glasses (gloogles?).
