going to be extremely busy with tests and essays until the end of this friday/beginning of saturday (though I’ll still likely have to catch up with other work over the weekend for the work I missed because of this), so I needed a quick and easy skin to make for tonight.
good thing this is just a remake of a garbage skin I made last year.

though yes it still does suck because this is my third ever glitch effect skin and I still don't understand it.
