You really shouldn't edit the default skin and use it. I won't report you, but next time, don't use the default under it.

Oh I did not know that using the default head wasn't right :/
I just didn't want to put my own head on but well, I'll do that anyway :)

:D Yeah. I've had that problem before. It's against the rules to use any textures or skin parts you don't have permission to. I had a skin taken down because the texture I used for a small portion of the arms was a totally recolored texture from another skin.
Following the logic of the PMC, unless you emailed mojang and got signed rights to use it, you really shouldn't. xD
Plus getting your account moderated results in a two day ban from pmc. Can't upload, can't comment, can't use fourms.
