i gott gree with you, this is not a mix up, its the animatronic that purple man (phone guy) was stuffed in at i think night 4. the message on the phone for night 5 was the sound of phone guy (purple man) struggling to breathe in the golden bonnie suit. just a theory...

I Agree that the Purple man was, indeed, stuffed into the golden suit from the
trailer, hence "We have a place for him" reffering to a place for the purple man.
Scott even put on his website in purple "We have a place for him" purple... hmmmm

I might add that I recently heard the Night 5 call and it didn't sound
like stressed breathing, but more of an animatronic's voicebox.
But I think the purple-guy-in-gold-character theory is still sound.

This thing is scary as hell. I saw Golden Freddy in FNAF 1 and got creeped by the white dots in his eyes. In FNAF 2, the puppet at first scared me, but moved to Toy Chica and her beakless eyeless face. But this thing, it... is the scariest thing I have ever seen, and that is saying a lot. I have seen SO MANY HORROR MOVIES, but this thing. Great skin BTW.
