Do you mean that Scott Cawthon is the phone guy? he does do voice the phone guy.
The Five Nights at Freddy's 1 Golden Freddy is, in my opinion ,is just as real,
albeit harder to activate. the Phone guy, from what I know, would not wear that suit to save his life.
when he mentions it in FNaF 2, he sounds terrified and it is the only danger of the game he seems
to take seriusly.
