This is a skin of an evil villain named Gorlok The Conqueror.

Powers: He has the powers flight, blue-laser vision(it's better than red), and is resistant to fire because of his armor.

Rival: Starman (power to fly as fast as a star)

Background Story: As an adolescent he was mocked and hated by everyone because he was smarter than the rest of the students at his grade school. His hatred for them was unparalleled by anyone's hate of him. After he finished grade school his parents were murdered by robbers during a bank robbery. Everyone at the bank made it out thanks to Starman, a superhero with the power to fly as fast as a star, except his parents who were left behind because there wasn't enough time to save them. Being a young 11 year old he thought it was all Starman's fault and swore to get his revenge on him if it was the last thing he did. After he finished high school he went to college to become a physicist and during an experiment for military research he tested a serum to give soldiers new powers to gain an upper-hand over the enemy. The experiment was a success he gained the powers of flight, blue-laser vision. He now knew that he had the power to destroy Starman who he had never forgot about since that day when he was 11 years old. In his preparations to destroy Starman he created a red armor to protect himself, his armor was made fire proof because of his plan to destroy Starman.
