Groose from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Made for a friend.
This is my best yet, even though its for a game I have yet to play. Oh, if anyone actually gets the "hat" to work, please tell me. I haven't been able to get it to work myself in-game to test how it looks. I just used Miners need shoes to view how the hat looked.

Got the hat to work. It still looks rather odd, but it will have to do. Enjoy.
