It is a skin mod based form the new Mechromancer class in Borderlands 2, which is to be released via DLC. I saw the concept art for the class and was instantly intrigued by the detail and just the overall design. Some may note the differences between the actual design, as the skins must be symmetrical. It made it rather difficult. Rather then the different colored shoes, she only has red. Rather then the one human arm and the one robot arm, she only has the robot arm, as I thought it was cooler. Other then that, it's pretty much exactly what was in the only concept art released.

In the official design, she has one real arm, and the other is an an artificial/robot arm. Making skins require it to be symmetrical, I.E. both arms must look the same, and both legs must look the same. I couldn't really do it very well what with the pixels, but both arms are the robotic arms, even though she really only has one.
