Entry 201: "Delta"
Today, the leader of the recently discovered ocean creatures we call: "Guardians", approached us, and SPOKE. He spoke to us. We haven't had a breakthrough like this in ages! He referred to himself as Delta and told us to "go away". Yes, that is quite a limited form of speech, but we don't even know how he learned those words, has he been spying on us? As far as I know we're the first humans ever to contact them. It is almost as though Delta is some sort of mutated or evolved version of the Guardians. He is truly fascinating, I really wish me and my team could do some more research on him. If only he wouldn't behave so hostile towards us..

Heheh, I made this for This palette contest.
The palette given to us reminded me of the new 1.8 mob the Guardian, so I decided to do this. :)

Those don't work, you have to learn how to shade yourself, by trying it over and over and over again. All advice I can give you, is that you should really LOOK at things. You can learn a lot if you'd just look at things and really try to understand where the shadows would be and how you would replicate that on a flat surface. Also, play with colours, play with them a lot, colours are awesome.
