the H-M13 alternate utility mech [or HU-M13] is a fast deployment vehicle used for basic jobs and utilities, the latest model has been further improved since it's former design used for the HU-M11, increased data-base and processing cores enables it a new interactive compatibility with objects and advanced manoeuvrability, much like the HU-M11 it also features an upright cock-pit which confuses people to believe it to be a mech-suit which was outdated after the P-10 combat suit.
