Hex

This was my first shaded skin I ever made. (Well, I've made other shaded skins, but that was with ugly pillow-shading templates and some lousy noise shading.) I made it based off of this because I liked it and wanted to make a skin of it. I don't actually know who's character that is, however.
Before this skin, I didn't think I had the skill to shade. At all. But then I tried shading the tail, and it just kinda, came naturally to me?? And then I proceeded to shade the entire skin, having never done anything like this before!
I think it's because I've traced and re-textured so many well-shaded skins before that I've seen and become well-acquainted with how good shading looks which gives me the talent to achieve the same thing on my own skins.
