This is a skin for what a noble of Imperium Magnus typically looks like, complete with a sash and cape with the royal family crest. Over the left eye is a golden mask with a red gem as a lens. This is a traditional eyepiece used by the nobility of the empire. It serves no functional purpose, but according to legend they are modeled after something brought by the first Imperial settlers of Somniactus which had some kind of unique property. Unlike most other people, most nobility has bright yellow irises with black eyes and white hair. These features are indicative of their descent from the original Imperials to arrive in the world.
