If you click 'change my minecraft skin' on this page, it should take you to your minecraft.net profile. Then select the drop down and select 'Slim (Alex)' and then 'change'. That should work.

HELP! when ever i try to change my skin to this one black lines show up on the skin

Make sure you're using an Alex model, black lines will show up if you use a Steve model.
