For day 6 of Lovefest! The theme was hearts so I just made a mostly pink/red palette and made the shirt look like it was flooding from the bottom with hearts. The reason why this is a very underdeveloped OC is because once I finished the skin I thought that she had a very cool design so I turned her into an OC at the last minute xD
Edit: not as underdeveloped now :D
Oh and she's wearing a heart on her head :3
Ill do some art of her soon so that you guys can also see what I was trying to go for in the design :p

I'm a huge Deco*27 fan c:
2 of those skins are non-deco*27, but they're hirari, hirari and strangers (strangers being a project diva x song)
the other one is the project diva x streaming heart module
and the one with the blue hair is one of the modules that you earn from project diva x when you're completed one of the festivals from maxing the volatage?? I don't know if there's a song tied to it.
Oh, also, I own Project Diva X and Project Mirai DX
I own Project DIVA F 2nd (the PS3 version) and really want Project DIVA F or X cuz there are songs I like there :p
