This is Akita Neru, one of the most popular Miku derivatives. I don’t usually listen to Vocaloid derivatives so I had to quickly look for a song with Neru singing lol (I already have one in mind for Haku)

I found this song (oof that mmd movie) by thinking of neru's cellphone addiction and then remembering there was a song called cellphone paranoia girl or whatever and this was all that showed up in my search so either I remembered the name wrong or it’s just not showing up for some reason xD
