What even is her hairstyle and the cape blends in with the shorts why-

This is Murata Himeko from a mobile game called Honkai Impact 3

The battle suit you see here is her other creature type battle suit called Valkyrie Triumph, which isn’t the simplest but it was on par with the other creature type and all her battle suits are pretty detailed so I just chose this one :p

The other valkyries: Yae Sakura, Himeko, Bronya Zaychik, Kiana Kaslana, Raiden Mei, Theresa Apocalypse

The weapon you see here is called Nitro Crystal and you can ignore Higokumaru who is that tiny fox thing
