As you're living your life in this new world, you decide it's time to get rid of this cruddy iron. You want to get bigger. You want to get better. You want to get richer. 

As you start your strip mining, after hours of nothing but stone, iron, coal, redstone, and the occasional gold, along with the four lava pools you died to, you finally found it. DIAMONDS!
