In the mystical vortex of arcane mishaps and chaotic concoctions, Tabitha Greene's life took a surprising turn when a potion experiment went awry, morphing twelve unfortunate souls into winged frogs. Yes, you read that right—winged frogs. Apparently, the volatile mix of magical ingredients led to an amphibious spectacle, complete with the ability to soar through the air, albeit with an undeniably froggy flair.



Now, at the tender age of eighteen, Tabitha found herself unexpectedly thrust into the role of the head of the Magical Girl High Council, earning the moniker "Lady Lumina the Luxurious." Typically, turning people into frogs wouldn't pave the way to a prestigious position, but in the arcane bureaucracy of the magical girl realm, normalcy was but a distant memory.



Founded in 69 BC, the Magical Girl High Council emerged to counter the sinister threat posed by Benkai. A rogue magical girl with a taste for the macabre, Benkai delighted in performing human sacrifices, slowly amassing power until she became nearly unstoppable. It was only through a daring alliance formed by magical girls from around the world that Benkai's nefarious deeds were put to an end.



The battle against Benkai was a turning point for the Magical Girl High Council. The cooperation and unity displayed by magical girls from diverse backgrounds showcased the strength that could be wielded when faced with a common adversary. The council, once formed primarily for defense against individual magical threats, evolved into an international force committed to maintaining balance in the magical realm.

Tabitha's ascent to leadership coincided with renewed reports of someone wielding powers reminiscent of Benkai. Tensions rose as the British, French, and Japanese representatives shared troubling information. Simultaneously, portals opened, unleashing creatures from another world. Lady Lumina found herself at the helm during a crisis that echoed the past, raising concerns about the resurgence of a dark force and the need for a united front once again.
