Rant-ish time:
Square Enix, how much money did Microsoft give you? Was it worth the money the game would make on other consoles?! You let down so many people, and only let Rise of the Tomb Raider be released on the Xbox One? You are going to lose money. Microsoft bought you out in order to compete with the PS4, which out-sold them 3-1. This is the worst thing you can do to your fans, it's as bad as Nintendo buying the rights to Bayonneta 2. Nobody is going to buy a new console to play a game that they should have available on the PS4 and PC.
