Vivec is one of the three God Kings of Morrowind. He may be the most powerful, and has been the main political and spiritual leader of the Dunmer for thousands of years. The other three members of The Tribunal are Indoril, Almalexia, and Sotha Sil. Indoril is died very shortly after The Battle of Red Mountain, so that's why it's the TRIbunal. Anyways, Almalexia is the spiritual leader, and Sotha Sil is off toying with Mysticism magic.
In the actual game, Vivec is the first of the Tribunal you meet and is definitely the most popular. He isn't really a he or a she (kind of like Daedra) and Still retains half of the Dunmer's old ways (the gold side of his skin). In the Elder Scrolls community, those who have played Morrowind have deemed the Skyrim-onloy players as
