Leech is a character from Static Shock with the ability to drain and copy other people's powers. He comes with his purple tank top, gray pants, and black belt. He also has some strange discoloration on his head, which I copied.

This is the last Static Shock character I am making for now, although you can request for me to make a specific character by request. Just comment on one of my skins with the name of the character (ONLY Static Shock character requests!)
