I'd recommend starting the mouth on the bottom of the head, have the teeth... actually, you didn't use the top layer of the skin map at all. I really think if you were to play around with that, giving him a hood, or using that layer to give him teeth that hang down, would really give the skin more... oomph. You could even give him the horns by doing that.

This is good, but there are a lot of things that can be done to enrich it's accuracy. Though kudos on undertaking such a challenging body! :D
