Feedback, huh? Well for one I think that if you were trying to make a normally shaded hair then I would recommend having some darker shading BUT what you have right now makes the hair seem luminous and glowing. So either way great job!

You think so? I was honestly trying to make the hair brighter. I still don’t like the part where the blue and pink meet on the head, but i’ll put up with it. Thank you for the feedback! I’ll try better next time.

It is pretty bright, which is why I thought it would be better with darker shading, to look more natural. But looks good anyways. You're welcome. :3
