Malxeconn is a Demon Lord who was recruited by the first Spirit King to help create a better spirit world than the bleak space that existed before they arrived. Malxeconn's duty was to judge souls to see if they could come into the Spirit World or if they got sent to the Netherworld. The Netherworld was where all corrupted souls like the souls of killers and criminals were sent. If souls in the Netherworld become powerful enough, they can gain a physical form, then turning into a demon.
