Maya from the unreleased game Borderlands 2. Not a simple one, wish I could have done the siren tattoos on one arm only but this is what I can do so far.

I use an MC Edit to rough it out and get my colours right, the preview is really useful. Then I use GIMP 2 to do shading and detail.
Both are free and it's easy to use the tools you need for what I do, hope this helped
