Well, my computer finally stopped dying on me. So, for the first time in probably 6 months, here is another skin. I used a shading technique I discovered while working on something else I can't remember, and I personally think it looks better than any of my other skins.

Michaelangelo is the youngest of the 4 turtles. He is lazy and always up for a joke, no matter the situation, which is why he's my favorite, especially in the cartoons from the 80s. He enjoys watching TV, eating pizza, and partying.

Moved the bandana up one pixel and made the mouth shorter. Also redid the bandana because I couldn't remember how I did it the first time.

The mouth looks a little weird how it's so big and hits the mask, but other than that good skin!
