This is for 3D's 4-BIT Contest: Here
I like Mine Turtle and I though it would be cool to look in blocky and 4-BIT. Although, when it's blocky it looks like normal...Eh.
For people who don't know who mine turtle is, it is from ASDF mine turtle here
This took and hour since I am not used to make skins on Photoshop CS4 and doing it in 4-BIT.

when I'm trying to upload skins, you know, putting in the .png of the skin, it keeps saying uploading and doesn't finish ;-;
