Nobody knows where he came from, they only know that he seeks revenge... But no one knows what for, either, so someone could have just robbed his cupcake. Oh well, all that matters it that he kills, and kills well.
You would know if he was the killer, with his famous bloody X, there's no doubt it was someone (or something...) else.
