Strongholds have the Enderdragon, Nether fortresses pave the way to the Wither, Underwater Temples hold Elder Guardians... but what do Desert Temples have? This guy.

Break through the blue wool, land on the pressure plate, survive the TNT, and awaken this beast.

Leaving a trail of sand, he attacks be hurling surrounding sand, which, um, gets in your eyes or something.
