Pretty good. My take is that if you are aiming to please people like me by having simple, subtle shading, you are doing everything right except the skin looks a bit....gray-ish. If you are going for more realistic shading, then....EVERYTHING YOU KNOW IS WRONG!

my only suggestion is not to use noise, and try for realistic shades and highlights.
