Ohhh boy, I haven't made an OC in... let's see here... *digs out old sketchbooks* uh, 7 years. I based Nami's fashion off of the Space Age style with more emphasis on the 60s. I imagine Nami was assigned to work as a flight attendant on a luxury spacecraft where she serves a plethora of intergalactic clientele and has not stepped foot on solid land in years. It is unfulfilling work, and she often looks onto the planets below, dreaming of exploring the unknown she has only heard about in passing.
