I made this skin around 4 years ago, of the character Nelson from Kantai Collection.
It is somewhat inspired by this 4koma I read back then: https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/3572984?pool_id8344.
Maybe I'll make a Gambier Bay skin eventually... But that will have to wait.
There is no shading on this skin. It's one of the first skins I made, hence it being so simple.
Details:
She's got her radio antenna and metal headgear.
The bottom of her shoes are red- her waterline paint.
She's got her signature rose tie!
Anyways, I think that it's pretty decent for one of my early skins. Hope you like it!
