Think you like the bright lights of big cities? So did Neonite. Then, while playing in a Casino in Las Vegas, the power went out, and he went out to fix it. He turned it back on, but was connected to the power accidently. ALL the neon of Vegas flooded into him, leaving him soulless, empty, just plain light..and neon. Now he roams the world, looking for places he can gamble, since he's the best there is.
