Off to an ok start. Can't really criticize cause I kinda started like this too. The tops and bottoms of the legs aren't colored in, no attempt at shading, the bottom part of the torso looks like he has his pants pulled down. Overall, not very many details or effort. Not as great as your first skin. Also, this skin doesn't have a name, or proper tags. Things like, 'new skin coming soon!' go in the description, not the title. I can tell by looking at it that it's a coach or referee , but still. And if the skin isn't all the way completed, make sure that the completion progress is set to a lower number. As a skin maker seeing a 100% complete project that was poorly executed tells me that you didn't put much effort into it. Not trying to be mean, but helpful, and I'd love to see more from you considering your previous skin.
If you don't have it already, i highly recommend a skin making software called MCSkin3D. You can search it. It's by a guy by the username Paril, and I use it to make all my skins. I love the program and it works well.
