Alrighty then, so this is suppossed to be the character 'Noddy' from 'Noddy's Toyland Adventures' the tv show. He is a small wooden boy who goes around Toyland helping out where ever he can. And so I thought that, because he was so helpful around the town, that he would be a good childhood hero! :)
