Woah, boy! Sorry that I haven't judged your entry yet. It's just that I've been taking too many judging breaks, and now's the time I bring you your results! :3

Technique - 8/10. This definitely looks like a Spinda! I love how you integrated the swirl eyes. Even though it does look a little weird at first, I got used to it after a while.
Quality - 7/10. Pretty basic levels of shading, but hey, it's better than none, am I right?
