Deep within the lost pyramid of Kheper Djedefre, a group of fanatical cultists hastened to the boy pharaoh's tomb. They sought to revive him with an ancient ankh in order to restore the glory of the Egyptian empire and dominate the world. Their intentions were secret as they had hired professional archeologists to guide them safely throughout the pyramid. Upon entering the sealing chamber, the cultists pulled out daggers and ended their escorts. The lead cultist nervously produced the ankh from within the folds of his robe, and began muttering the incantation. The ankh was set aglow, and the cultist dropped it in fear. The air lay still for several minutes, the cultists anxiously awaiting results. Suddenly, the coffin of the pharaoh shattered, pieces flying in all directions. The mummified pharaoh slowly sat up as the wrappings around his head and extremities fell away. The lead cultist approached him, kneeling before him to receive his pharaoh. The pharaoh reached his rotting hand out and placed it on the cultist's shoulder. The cultist looked bewildered for a moment, then let out a shriek before melting away into sand. The rest of the cultists panicked, and tried to escape the tomb. The archaeologists they had killed were transformed into sand, and clung to their feet. The pharaoh approached, and one by one, all melted to sand. The pharaoh, still imbued with the mind of a twelve-year-old like when he died, shed tears of sand that he could not have any friends to play with. Surrounded by a giant sandstorm revolving around him, the pharaoh slowly travelled across the Egyptian sands, trying to "play" with passersby yet only increasing the size of the sand cloud surrounding him.
